♦️ The proper clothes that one wears, purification and directing the Qibla (direction of the prayer) in the prayer.
Peace be upon you dear Brothers , I hope you are fine. Today, we will complete our explanation about prayer. We will speak about how to prepare for the prayer.
Preparation for the prayer:
the clothes or garments.
Muslim men should wear at least what covers their bodies from the navel to the knees.
A muslim woman should wear loose clothes that cover her whole body including the hair, except the face and feet.
The state of purity.
We must be in a state of purification neither by performing ablution or ritual bath.
We also should make sure that there are no impurities (urine or stool)on clothes, body or the prayer place.
Prayer can be performed upon any clean Surface like, ground, carpet or blanket. Dust, mud and paint don't affect the validity of the prayer.
Qibla (Muslim direction):
It is to direct your face to the ka'bah. You can use a compass to determine the Qibla, or to ask a Muslim in your country, or you can go to the nearest mosque.
It is very important for Muslim men to customize going to mosques, but for muslim women it is not recommended. It's better for her to pray at home.
