Peace be upon you, dear brothers. I hope you are doing well.
Today, Allah willing, we will continue explaining Surah Al-Ikhlas.
Let us begin.
Allah Almighty says:
“He neither begets nor is born.”
[Al-Ikhlas: 3]
Lam yalid wa lam yulad.
This means that Allah Almighty has no child, nor was He born, because He is the Creator and not a created being. He is the First, and there is nothing before Him.
Allah Almighty says:
“And there is none comparable to Him.”
[Al-Ikhlas: 4]
Wa lam yakun lahu kufuwan ahad.
This means that Allah Almighty has no equal, likeness, or equivalent. No one is comparable to Him in His essence, attributes, or actions.
Please listen carefully to the audio recording and practice reciting the Surah.
All praise is due to Allah. The lesson is complete.
