All praise is due to Allah, and may Allah's peace and blessings be upon His Messenger.
We are not aware of any authentic evidence indicating that people's deeds are presented to Adam (peace be upon him) after his death, let alone that he sees the deeds of his descendants.
As for the well-known account involving Adam and David (peace be upon them), it took place during Adam's lifetime. Allah showed Adam his descendants, among whom was David (peace be upon him). Adam admired the light on David's face and asked who he was. When he learned that it was David, he voluntarily gave him forty years from his own lifespan. This is authentically reported in the hadith of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), narrated by Imam Ahmad and al-Tirmidhi, and regarded as hasan (sound) by the scholars.
However, after Adam's death, there is no authentic evidence establishing that people's deeds are presented to him or that he is informed of them.
Likewise, there is no authentic evidence proving that the deeds of this Ummah are presented to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. What is authentically established is that the blessings and greetings (Salat and Salam) sent by the believers are conveyed to him, and that the angels deliver the greetings of his Ummah to him.
