♦️ The Tashahhud

???????? Assalamu Alaikum, dear brothers ☺️. I hope you are well. By Allah’s grace, we have finished explaining how to perform the prayer. I encourage you to regularly go to the mosque to perform the five obligatory daily prayers, as this will greatly help you perfect your prayer and put what you have learned into practice.

???? Now, we will begin memorizing the first part of the Tashahhud. This is our lesson for today.

???? First, I will give you the meaning of the Tashahhud in English, then the audio recording, and finally a video that explains it clearly.

???? Meaning of the Tashahhud:

“All greetings, prayers, and good words are for Allah. Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. Peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah. I bear witness that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger.”

???? The Tashahhud:

???? “At-tahiyyatu lillahi was-salawatu wat-tayyibat. As-salamu ‘alayka ayyuhan-nabiyyu wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh. As-salamu ‘alayna wa ‘ala ‘ibadillahis-salihin. Ash-hadu alla ilaha illallah, wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadan ‘abduhu wa rasuluh.”

????️ Finally, here is a video that explains the Tashahhud very well. Please watch it, repeat after it, and try to imitate the pronunciation. This will help you memorize it.
